Booking Procedures:

Upon confirmation of dates, a booking form will be mailed out. This should be completed, signed and mailed in along with your deposit (approximately 30%). Balance is due at least 6 weeks in advance of arrival. A confirmation will be sent once the deposit is received. Detailed maps and meeting instructions will be emailed after balance is paid. When possible, we like to meet prospective guests in person to review maps and instructions.

Background on the owners: The owners, Oliver and Lorraine Pace, have been going to Italy for many years and know the entire peninsula very well. Maria Pace, booking agent for the house and author of The Little Italy Cookbook, operated a cooking program of "hands-on" cooking classes for over 12 years in Toronto. They are happy to share information about what to see and do in the area and throughout Italy.
